Next step in career
Hello to all! I'm from Eastern Europe and I really want to get a job in consulting, IB or Asset Management. In Ukraine this industries isn't develop well. So I'm a little confused about my future steps.
Now I'm working in Kiev in Treasury of commercial bank of one European Group but didn't see any opportunities to get a promotion to another region.
Maybe I need to get masters degree somewhere in Europe?
I know english, spanish and basic deutsch, have more than 1 year of experience.
How to be competitive in eurozone to employee from Former Soviet Union?
