I just finished up BB recruiting season without an S&T SA offer. Target school, 3.3 gpa, previous back office exp with a large well known hedge fund.
I have a BAML Asset Management SA offer, but I really want to go into trading. Any advice on other firms that might still be looking / where to turn next?

Did you get a summer return offer from your prior HF internship? If leveraged properly, a BO internship at a top macro fund easily beats an AM or even S&T SA, so if you could go back and make the best of it by connecting with PM, pitching ideas etc it could be really beneficial.
I didn't get any interviews with the BBs. I'm in the process of interviewing with some of the top prop firms in NYC and Chicago though. Study up on probability and apply to them.
