Non BB SA -> BB FT?
Hello Everyone,
I've been lucky enough to have just accepted a US Equity S&T SA position at a smaller MM bank. Coming from a semi-target I am very happy with this position but I am hoping to break into a larger bank for full time. What is the timeline for full-time recruitment? Does anyone have experience doing this? What are my chances and what would be the best course of action? December 2019 graduation date. Thanks in advance!
