NYC Blackstone BREDS Superday (Real Estate Debt Strategies)
Have a superday with the BREDS group at Blackstone NYC coming up. Appreciate any tips on types of questions that may come up and/or good materials to look at as I prep. Thanks!
You should likely know how to answer the following: 1. What is real estate? 2. What is debt? 3. What is the maiden name of the mother of each interviewer?
If you know those 3 things, I think you'll nail it.

Is this for summer analyst or analyst?
is this a good group to join if you want to do pe later? junior at target trying to decide what to apply for in spring
Obviously a good name but this group does non traditional lending and purchase of high yield debt form banks and insurers.
Not the best place for equity REPE experience...not THE best place...still a really good place.
