IS analyst 2 years out 90k salary + ~20% bonus
So you work for a brokerage? Do you mind doing a deeper dive into what your basic responsibilities are?
Yep - OM underwriting and due diligence process. Usually doing modeling, going through leases, operating statements, etc. I get to occasionally go on site visits and what not, but most of my time is spent running scenario analyses for RFPs, BOVs, or OMs in excel and argus or fielding questions for properties on the market.
Sometimes I get to go client meetings and sit there obediently.
Wow, thats pretty great
do you work for a C&W, JLL, CBRE type? Do you mind sharing what you're starting salary was? I'm going to be recruiting for one of these positions next year so would appreciate any insight.
