10-week CS rotations through ECM, Sales Trading, Cash Sales and Research or 8-week MS rotations through two desks, to be determined in equities

I'd go MS all day.
What is the culture like at MS and CS?
CS seems to be having the biggest market share in Equities in Asia. (correct me if I'm wrong).
