How do people feel about putting up temporary walls to split a bedroom? I've heard a lot of people do that and apparently it saves a BUNCH of money

I'd be okay with this.

i just saw a place last night 600 sq feet, 1 bedroom + den in a 5 year old condo right beside the Rogers Centre and the ACC (if you come home at night and spit from the balcony it lands on the Blue Jays, Raptors, and/or Maple Leafs while they play... its that close to the stadiums lol) and it is $1400 a month lol

  • a 50,000 sq ft "entertainment complex" (Bowling, Ping pong, Pool, Billiards, Full size Basketball court, movies etc.) is joined to the all the neighbouring buildings... lol free of charge...

and its a 15 - 20 min walk to the Financial District... I LOVE TORONTO!!!! lol

screw Manhattan

Get it!

Why is no one posting on here?

Probably because not a lot of people have received offers yet. And a lot of people probably arent worrying about their living situation for July/August just yet either

I HAVE a place near Philadelphia because I bought it. Which makes me the coolest landlord ever >:]

$400/month rent. You get your own bedroom, and there's 1 more bedroom for a friend if you would like.

It's near the airport, which is why it is so cheap hahaha. I think sleep is very do-able though especially with how tired you get from work.

The crime rate is like almost 0% over the last 5 years and it has a 93% white population. I'm asian. Just to give you a feel for how things are.

No gender preference.

Feel free to PM me. I'll tell you more details from there.

i'm going to be a 2nd year analyst at a BB. I currently live in midtown but after my lease is up i'm looking to move to upper west side (less busy, more space, and cheaper rent) I pay $1500 right now but i'm hoping to pay somewhere in the range of $1200pp upon moving. The midtown thing is cool, but honestly i'd rather have an extra $400 a month to invest lol plus I want to try the central park area thing.

I have pretty much everything needed for a sick apartment (50" plasma wall mounted, sectional leather sofa set, tv stand, surround sound system, etc...), all you would have to bring is the stuff for your room. Let me know if your interested.

UPDATE: if anyone is willing to do the leg work and find a place or have already found a place I would be interested in rooming, and as mentioned before I will be bringing everything for the apartment.

You give me a gift? *BAM* Thank you note! You invite me somewhere? *POW* RSVP! You do me a favor? *WHAM* Favor returned! Do not test my politeness.
