anyone know when recruiting for the analyst program begins?
curious too
Firm has crushed it. Oregon has their 4th fund as a top three all time based on MoM (https://www.oregon.gov/treasury/invested-for-oregon/Documents/Invested-…). Can’t speak to the analyst program but overall known as a place that trains a lot of good investors. Culture is team oriented, but rumored to be on the demanding side.
Got an interview for analyst program last year. They reached out to the investment club at my school (target) with a flyer for analyst recruiting. had a kick off event at a restaurant in NY in August, then interviews went out late August.
Bump. I’m interviewing next week. Anyone know anything about what interviews are like? Technicals to know?
Bump any insights on process???
Anyone know anything about interviews? Technicals? Heard they do a business case - whatever that is???
Interested- a friend has a case study next week, fingers crossed I get one as well.
Do you know when your friend heard back about getting the case?
Anyone here know comp? Finished up 2nd round today and the people seem sharp and seems like a strong fund that does well, but worried that all in comp will he substantially below what I’d be getting at an EB as an analyst and associate.
any word on what the case was like / technicals?
Really easy. If you’ve ever done a banking interview the case will be a walk in the park
Anyone hear about superday after 2nd round?
If we haven't heard from the first round at this point, is that just a ding?
