Pay and Compensation in Debt funds

Would like to know what base salaries are, what % of base bonus typically is, and when people tend to get carry in debt funds. I have searched a bit for this and not much has come up. Particularly interested in London numbers if possible. Thanks.

Carry depends on the fund... Some grant it to their associates, some wait till your next promotion... As for base, it is the same as an equity fund but these days with dry powder and trigger happy deal mongers, it is the hotspot of any fund manager... Therefore we can assume they will get a disproportionate amount of the bonus pool... You can guess a 30% decline to last year, average...

The other clarification is as an analyst, straight out of school or with 2 yes banking experience...
