PE Recruiting Timeline. Where are the HHs?

Hey simians - has anyone been approached by PE headhunters already? We've been programmed to think  that as as soon as we hit the desk (which happened 3 weeks ago) HHs will be lining up. So I'm wondering if some of you have heard from them already or if this year things might be a bit different due to the COVID environment.

Context: BB shop, somewhat strong coverage group.

I'd appreciate any input/insight.
