I got my acceptance this afternoon. Does anyone know how useful this program is in terms of the recruiting process? Does it guarantee a super day or a first round interview? I’d like to hear any feedback about the program in general as well.
Guarantees first round phone interview which "should" lead to a super day if you don't blow it. Great opportunity to network with junior and senior members of the firm at their headquarters as well.
Can confirm guaranteed 1st round phone interview. Though "likely" is probably more realistic than "should".
