Piper Jaffray, Sandler O'Neill, & Weeden & Co Post-merger S&T

Piper Jaffray merged with Sandler O’Neill to form Piper Sandler January 2020. Both companies have had substantial S&T practices both on the Equities and Fixed income side. Piper also recently also acquired Weeden & Co. in 2019, a top algo, execution broker-dealer out of Greenwich, CT. Seems like Piper is really trying to build out their S&T division given their large middle-market investment banking practice and well respected research group.

Really curious about all these acquisitions on Piper Sandler’s S&T going forward. Anyone know much about the culture at these firms (now combined as Piper Sandler)? Overall industry perspective towards Piper Jaffray, Sandler O’Neill, and Weeden & Co. sales and trading?

Anyone work for Piper Sandler now or have any insight on the three institutions that have recently become one? How has comp and flow been? Outlook on next 2-5 years for the firm?
