Private Equity News Sources
Are there are any free private equity news sources? Looking for something that I can access as an undergrad to keep up with general news in the PE world.

Thank you!
The Daily Pitch: M&A newsletter from Pitchbook is phenomenal. You usually get a quick teaser of all the deals (strategic and sponsor) that they upload to their platform daily. Pitchbook also publishes great quarterly reports about the alternative assets landscape (for example, benchmark returns, fundraising, and deal activity in VC, secondaries, traditional PE).
Deals & Divisions from Bullpen News is published infrequently but has all the logos of the parties involved in the deal if you're a visual person.

PE Hub has the best daily update on deals, fundraises, people moves etc. IMO. They’ll occasionally get some interesting info like returns on specific deals which I haven’t seen from places like Pro Rata or Term Sheet.
If you’re interested in distress at all Petition is also great. Their premium service is kinda expensive but even their free weekly emails are great deep dives into ongoing restructuring and bankruptcy situations.
