So got an offer from Mercer in their M&A consulting division. Want your opinion on whether it would be a good move to make for my career (BO to Front).
Should I stay at the BB, and try to keep looking for better opportunities? Kind of scared of being pigeonholed as I've been in this kind of role for 3+ yrs.
Take the role. My understanding is right now you have zero value add for any role outside bb correct?
Take it. Product control is a dead end job. Get out as fast as you can.
