So got an offer from Mercer in their M&A consulting division. Want your opinion on whether it would be a good move to make for my career (BO to Front).
Should I stay at the BB, and try to keep looking for better opportunities? Kind of scared of being pigeonholed as I've been in this kind of role for 3+ yrs.

One thing that kind of bothers me is that Mercer is well known for its HR consulting and me getting labeled the HR guy (despite the role being called M&A Consultant).
