Prop trading comp

Hi,

I am 21 and planning to graduate from NYU this year with a degree in business, finance focused. I am exploring Prop trading and Hedge funds as prospective jobs. I have explored many forums but haven't found how much a decent (say top 75% in success) a first year prop trader can expect to make. Salary (if there is one) + bonus. and also what percentage of profits i can expect. Also how hard is it to get a job at a hedge fund where I have heard first year comp can top 6 figures.

Also, later in Prop trading, say 5,10,15 years in how much comp can i expect?

Thanks for any advice!!!

P.S im looking for a firm in NYC
