Put GMAT on CV?
As mentioned in the title - should I put my gmat score (770, Q51 V44) on my CV?
My situation is that I'm currently working in Middle office (credit) and will be looking to apply to roles in FO or perhaps some funds. I'm not actually hell-bent on doing the MBA, it's something I'll def do if I don't get the career move I want in the next 12 months or so.
I've heard mixed things about putting a GMAT score on the CV. Is it a bit douchey? Does it send the wrong message? I figure 770 is quite a decent score, so may help set me apart a bit? I've also passed all CFA exams, but otherwise my CV is quite bland.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Yes 770 is insane put it in
Leave GMAT on or off resume? (Originally Posted: 09/27/2016)
I'm an undergrad at a top 10 university who is currently recruiting for internships in consulting. I took the GMAT recently and scored a 760, but I am unsure whether putting the score on my resume is a good idea- will that indicate to firms that I don't intend to stay committed in the long run?
Any thoughts on this?
PUT IT ON. PEOPLE THAT ARE IN CONSULTING THAT WILL INTERVIEW YOU DREAM OF SCORING 760.
Large majority (50%+) of people working entry level at top consulting firms plan/consider on going to business school. High turnover is expected. Put it on.
