Quant Role Interview at ~$10B AUM Fund

I may have the opportunity to interview for a quant role coming up somewhat soon. The position calls for knowledge of VBA specifically, but notes that programming languages like Python, Java, etc. would be ideal. I have academic research focused experience in VBA but nothing professional as my background is Big 4 and not very quant heavy at all and haven't touched VBA in a while to be honest. Naturally I'd like this to work out. What are some VBA tutorials that you guys found useful? Also, how is the general structure of these interviews? First round is a phone screen with their risk management director, not sure what it's going to be after that (other than in person obviously).
