I currently work in the credit department (underwriting tenant financials) at a real estate company and am interested in transitioning into acquisitions within the next few years.
Anybody have insight into how I can make this happen, would want to share their own experience in real estate acquisitions (at a real estate private equity firm), or any resources/reading material?
