Real Estate Investment Banking Technicals
Hi everybody, been offered a first round in real estate investment banking, but struggling to realize what specific technicals I should study. Does anybody know what concepts I need to know? For example am I expected to be able to walk someone through an NAV, why FFO or AFFO...
Additionally, any study guides or websites that you guys would recommend for this? Let me know!
What's your reasoning for wanting to do REIB, just make sure you articulate this clearly in the interview.

You should be expected to walk through nav, ffo, affo, and all other general banking stuff (accounting, lbo, merger model, etc).
