Any know of Private Equity funds that invest in Residential real estate in the U.S, with good track record of course and preferably in their fund raising process now?

There is no one with a solid track record. The idea first started gaining instituitional tractions 2ish years ago. There also isn't a lot of public info to measure against. Way Point looks to be the first to go public.
