REFM/BIWS courses on your resume
Any suggestion how to add REFM/ BIWS courses on your resume? Do you mention the case study you've worked or not?

I just list it at the bottom next to my license, they have a recommendation on the website as to how you can list it.
I have mine listed under my "skills" section as "REFM: Financial Modeling Certification - Level 2". You could do it a number of different ways, definitely don't just put REFM - Level 2 or something like that without putting in some language clarifying what it actually is. There are many hiring managers out there (like my boss who is a VP and is a pretty young dude) who have no idea what REFM is. But if it says that it's a financial modeling cert they'll see it and probably just think "oh ok that's solid, this kid put in some work on modeling already".
I actually like that layout better, I've got it as "REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate Levels 1 & 2" and think that it takes up too much space.
I also have never had someone ask me what it was, I typically point it out and after describing what it is, usually get a good response about it.
Thanks guys, I had it as REFM certification for Real Estate.
I mentioned BIWS, WSP, & and other lesser known resources I used as well. Leveraged the hell out of it. People were probably wondering how my resume made it through their filters until they reached the bottom of my resume. Used case study descriptions (LBO, waterfall, M&A, DCF, financial statement modeling, value-add...etc.) and pretty much reworded the marketing on the websites. It's worked well for me.
