Newer multifamily is $250/Unit. older can be $350/unit. Brand new could be $200/unit. Cap reserves for all property types should be inflated YOY.

Single-tenant, assuming the LL is only responsible for the structure, I bet you could get away with $.10/SF.

Industrial is about the same as single-tenant.

 

Yes - all metrics shared above are annual. Per fatboy_cre it really depends on the deal. Those are just general guidelines. An old full service office building could see as high as $.25/SF/Yr reserves as an example.
