Reputation of PJ Solomon?

Saw they raised base to 100 as well and heard pay is good but how do they compare to BBs/EBs - like what would you take over them and what are the chances of good PE exit opps? Seems like theyve been a boutique for decades but have been rapidly expanding recently, albeit top-heavy, so also wondering what the analyst experience is like.

One of the best WLB/cultures, good comp, and great interactions with a banker I know from there?

If I was into consumer banking, I'd take it over most places unlike the other anonymous "PE" poster. Then again, I see career banking more appealing than most.

Do they have protected Saturday?  Define good WLB (dont really know what that means anymore for IB)

What about for associates and vps?

Is it that bad? Heard it was great there....

Does anyone know about their typical interview process? Have a first round for FT coming up and am unsure of what to expect
