I'm looking for a template that home builders use when they are evaluating a land acquisition. Basically are they just doing a thorough analysis of the competing communities and demographic research of the area. I'm looking to present a land deal to investors and would appreciate any help on how to go about putting together an investment presentation.

This might help. I do not have experience with residential development nor using that excel model. I just remember seeing this before so I hope you get some use out of it.
