"Engaged in with loans officer to approve loans exceeding $250,000" Engaged in with loans --- sounds kinda weird.
Under "Leadership Experience" you used past tense in one section and present tense in the other even thought both sections use the dates xx-present
Some formatting issues - margin's too big, could probably decrease margin and add more words. GPA format should be 3.81/4.00. I would use a different front tbh, but this depends on your own preference.
For you activities, try to rewind your words following the line of what you did and what's the outcome.

What do you mean by "rewind your words" for the activities?
Hahaha you added your ACT. Instead of using generic words like "Managed" or "Oversaw" show what you excelled at instead of just listing responsibilities. Rather list an accomplishment "From the 580,000 in student services fees I cut down costs by 1.8% by doing xyz. Things of that nature will attract eyes from many hiring managers.
Lol the career center at my school said that for IB you should include ACT if it has a high math score.
So focus more on the results of the teams I managed? The main result was they were able to pass their audits by Deloitte and the organization gained more requests for audit assistance.
