Royal Marines (R) / Banking

Hi Everyone.

Incoming IB analyst in the UK and have always been interested in joining the Royal Marines. Not sure if anyone on here is currently in the RM (R) or the reserves in general, but I was wondering if anyone has managed to pull it off at the Associate+ level and if so, was it manageable with work?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.
