I have heard of them before and they are pretty well known institutional shop with quality assets. Does anyone know anything about culture/comp/etc? I have heard mixed things and their Glassdoor is pretty brutal.
They are sharks in the Greater New York area. Their culture is winning deals, sometimes at the expense of employee's happiness. From what I have heard, their comp is below that of the megafunds with RE arms (Carlyle, Apollo, etc.) but inline with a Tishman/CIM.
Thanks..I’ve heard similar especially regarding comp being low. Just trying to get a sense if anyone here has worked there/knows anyone and can provide any feedback.
