Salaries for middle market boutique firms in Charlotte?
Does anyone have any info on the salaries of these? Not sure if I should pursue them. I'm thinking Deloitte corporate finance, piper jaffray, blackarch, etc

OP asked for middle market. Tobin CO has been doing deals as low as $1,375,000......that psychopath is nowhere near middle market.

Piper is on par with street, perhaps even above in a good year DCF is below street Not sure on Black Arch, but I would be shocked if all-in comp is lower than other MMs b/c they are doing really well and much leaner than say Piper, Baird, etc.
Expect 25-30% less than larger markets base at micro boutiques. But for the firms you named it’s competitive. Bonus wise, I'm not sure. But you'll definitely make it up in cost of living.
I own a home 15 min from center city that's appreciated 10% in 10 months and also rent the spare bedrooms to other young professionals which pays my entire mortgage/utilities
