DCF is below street
Piper is on par with street, perhaps even above in a good year DCF is below street Not sure on Black Arch, but I would be shocked if all-in comp is lower than other MMs b/c they are doing really well and much leaner than say Piper, Baird, etc.
Expect 25-30% less than larger markets base at micro boutiques. But for the firms you named it’s competitive. Bonus wise, I'm not sure. But you'll definitely make it up in cost of living.
