Hi all, I know the answer will depend on my preference and goals. but would like general thoughts and opinions I think will be very valuable especially if I get inputs for those with mc/vc/startup experience

You haven't given us enough to go off of. How long have you been at McK? Are you straight out of undergrad? Do you see B School as an option down the line / do you already have an MBA? What do you like about McKinsey, not like? What excites you about VC? Is there a particular niche in VC you're interested in? How are you performing at McK (i.e. would you be ditching a strong reputation)? If you provide more details and context we can be helpful
