if you can - get a job at a big firm... small firms will pay less, provide for less job security and will be less impressive on your resume.
eventually after 10 years of experience... if your big firm isnt promoting you... then it makes sense to take a more senior role in a small shop... but when you are starting out its always better to join a big firm.
