SoftBank 100bn fund raising debt
This morning I was reading an article in the FT about SoftBank's mega fund and its uncommon capital structure.

Basically, SoftBank raised/is going to raise almost 44bn of its 100bn target in debt for the fund. The article mentions that SoftBank uses this uncommon financing structure of the fund in order to leverage their investments in tech companies, which otherwise would have difficulties raising debt.
I have never seen anything like this and I thought it might be interesting to start this threat. Maybe some of the more experienced members can elaborate a bit more on it / give their opinions.
