Hi guys! I'm quite new to the industry and have been trying to learn RE financial modeling in the Internet.
However, most of the models that I've worked on are on property level only. Would be grateful if someone could give me some insights on how such model is different from a fund level perspective (i.e. does RE fund combine various asset level models and view it as a fund level one or what models do RE fund use ?).
