Sophomore with an 8 week S&T trying to turn it into a 10 week rotational
I have an 8 week S&T offer at a BB, I want to turn it into a 10 week rotational with the firm. I'd be willing to sign immediately with that change. How do I do this?

Usually it's structured that way for an intake that year. Can't change the system for you I'm afraid.
Do you mean a rotational program across different divisions (like 3 weeks each S&T/IBD/ER)?
Or do you mean it's rotational but you get put into training for 2 weeks on top of 8 on the desk?
My offer is 8 weeks in S&T, I think across a few desks while I'm there, but I really want to rotate into IBD and extend to 10 weeks if possible. A senior at my target said the 10 weeks is feasible but for IBD they could probably really only promise introductions.
