Soros Fund Management: upcoming interview tips?

I was wondering if anyone had a summer internship at Soros Fund. I did a search on this topic and nothing really came up. I have an interview with them in a couple of weeks for fund accounting. I'm expected with meet a few members from the team so I was wondering if anyone has any insight on their culture, what they're looking for, or how the interview is like, and if there how to interview prep (study up on accounting/finance, read up on the markets, etc). For most of my friends who secured a FT or internship through OCR, it seems like accounting internships are more behavioral based.

I apologize if this is in the wrong place. Thanks in advance.

Soros Fund Management makes directional bets based off of fundamental macro research. They can invest in any asset they deem mispriced. His comment on math is an inference to the fact that, if it's so mispriced that you have to start doing really complicated math to figure out, it's probably not a big mispricing and not worth his time. Also an allusion to the importance of qualitative elements.

Lookup reflexivity, since that's a very important concept/term he coined that's important to his strategy.

Alex, do you know of any other funds that specialize in this type of macro analysis that you described? Any of them take undergrads right out of college, and if not, how do they get there? Thanks.
