Sr. Associate/VP at a Boutique I bank - Dubai

Hi Friends,
I have recently been interviewed by a boutique I bank ( Mena Financial group) , dubai for a senior associate/VP position in M&A. I am a CPA and CMA with 8 yrs experience in I banking/corporate M&A ( DB India and Shell ). I had a telephonic interview with the head Ibanking and i'm did well. I expect a positive reply from them . What do u guys see as a good salary for the position/brand of the company .
Please also let me know if you have an opinion on the company .

Thanks

Hi Guys .. The interview went on well.. Most were expected questions... Debt restructuring..LBO Analysis, Valuation of different industries...In the end the interviewer asked me to email him a "fairly complex" financial model that I have created from scratch. He wanted to check my financial modelling skills as well. I would say a very positive interview.

Will greatly appreciate if anyone can help me with some feedback on the company and what should be the expected salary .

What do you make now? Is this a step up, a step down or a step over? How different is the COL in the city where you currently lived compared to the city you would be moving to in order to take this job?

Do a little algebra and throw in ~15% of walkin around money. Thats how much you should ask for.

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford
