Stanford HCP vs Kellog/Duke MBA for Tech

What would be the long term ROI on both of these options? For tech Stanford, especially if you want to go the startup route, seems to be the best alumni network. I applied to Stanford in Round 2 last year but was dinged. I was thinking HCP as an alternative and easier route, but I do wonder if MBA offer better value proposition.
