Starting a career in ESG investments/sustainability/green finance?

Hey guys!

I would love to hear your input on this: I am a high school senior on track to attend a target undergraduate business school. I have been passionate about climate change since a young age and currently leads a non-profit climate lobbying company back home in Canada. I believe in the positive force the market could play and would love to have a future career in finance or investment banking that is related to climate and ESG investments. What should I do starting from now and all the way up to college graduation to pursue a job in that sector? Thank you!
