Starwood Capital Group vs. Ares REPE vs. Blackstone REPE vs. MSREI vs. General REIB

Would love to get a discussion going for these Real Estate opportunities coming out of undergrad. I heard SCG takes very small analyst classes and it is extremely difficult to get a return offer. Would love to get a comparison going in terms of comp, culture, prestige, MBA placement, etc. Please feel free to PM me if you want!

Get the offers first then come back to us (and if you want to do real estate take REIB off the list)

Definitely, did not mean to come off as cocky. I am just really curious to learn more about these places since I have been doing research and will be applying to them soon. Super pumped about real estate and would be over the moon to get an offer from any of these guys

I totally agree..seems like if you had offers in hand, you wouldn't have many questions (atleast regarding comp, etc). Would love to hear if anyone has insight.
