State Street - Finance Rotational - 70k Base 5k Signing
Am I the only person shocked by how good this compensation is?
Program is a six month rotational assignments across Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Business Unit Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Procurement and Corporate Advisory Services.
Some of the top fldps don't even top 60 base for first years.
Is State Street desperate for talent?
What city is this in? If it's a major metropolitan city like NYC it sounds pretty in line with what's standard for AM. In most non-metropolitan cities it's 60k with 5k sign on.
Its in Boston, but this isn't for AM its for corp fin.
That's pretty solid for both for State Street and for being a first year analyst in a non-FO role
The only thing that I'd say is I would highly doubt both your raises and bonuses will be great from here on out while in the analyst program. It wouldn't make sense for them to do that, but regardless still legit.
Prudential Risk Rotational is 60k + 10-15k signing + 20k EOY in Newark.
I'm shocked, I remember internships and hearing about friends that had full time offers at like $45k. Must be desperate.
Eius laboriosam nihil est qui. Inventore assumenda alias incidunt provident consequuntur itaque.
