Yorickye, unfortunately, I think this is a decision that you're going to have to make all by yourself. You have what sounds like a sweet gig- you're making six figures after your bonus, are work a regular 9-5, and are getting great experience, not to mention that the firm gave you a ~17% raise after only three months of working there. On the flip side, moving to a better platform may give you access to some more intricate transactions and products as well as better exit ops. The issue is, while your pay will increase, the demanding nature of your schedule will skyrocket. I obviously have no idea why you chose the boutique over the MM, but if it has anything to do with the hours, you might want to stay put. You might not be able to get into a MF from that boutique, but it's still solid experience that is highly valued by employers.

Personally, I'd stay put. In my present corp dev role, I earn low six figures and have three weeks of paid vacation that actually is vacation (i.e. I can leave my work phone at home and no one bats an eye). I work 45-50 easy hours per week and have put in a total of three hours of weekend work in the ~six months that I've been here. Granted, my friends who took the PE route earn up to double what I do, but I'm fine with that.
