Strategy& Deals Groups

Does anyone have any idea how I can learn more about PwC's S& Deals? Like everything from the differences between the three groups within Deals ( Corporate Strategy/ Deals / Sales&Marketing) to the differences in the types of projects, prestige, exit ops (B-school and otherwise) and client exposure. Any and all info or resources would really be appreciated. Thanks for your help!

Look through older posts, I’ve commented before. But basically Deals Strategy is a vertical in S& and PwC Deals that works exclusively on M&A strategy (CDDs, growth strategy etc.) Group is still relatively young (5-6 years) but growing into its own in the market. PwC is investing a ton into the group and you can see that by the # of external partner hires

Exits are what you would expect from this type of team. Your usual consultant exits + PE given deal focus
