Stub bonus and full year comp

When first year analysts receive a stub bonus in Jan/Feb, do they get paid another bonus in the summer to make up full year comp?

If not, do they have to wait until next Jan for their second bonus?

The stub is to get you on a calendar year comp schedule so next bonus period would be after a full calendar year.
