Suit up ?

Hey guys, i know this sounds tremendously stupid, but here we go:

just got hired and i have to pop by in the office to sign some papers with hr this week. My contract starts next week so i dont think i will see much people appart from hr. What do you think would be appropriate to wear ?

Conservative shoes, dark blue pants and blue shirt or pop by with a suit ? I will probably stay there 1 hour max to get paperwork sorted.

I'd personally go business casual. Unless you have a good reason if someone ask "hey why the suit?" you are gonna look silly for wearing it to sign papers.

This to all my hatin' folks seeing me getting guac right now..

Suit up! I would rather be overdressed than underdressed. But I don't actually think you could go wrong with a suit.

Slacks and a polo or slacks and a button up. A suit is overkill for what you're doing and will come off like you're trying way too hard. You're not going into work and you're not working. You're simply popping by on your day off to sign some papers. Act like you've been there even if you haven't.

Don't wear a suit. You will look like a tool.
