Sweaty hands

I have hyperhidrosis that makes me stressed and insecure when talking to people because I can't shake hands, dap them up or give them a pen. Is there any way around this or any solutions that can mitigate the risk of being judged for not shaking hands or coming across as weird?

Same problem here, it's a pain in the ass when I'm trying to unlock my phone too. I've made a habit of (subtly) wiping my hand on my clothes when I know I'm about to shake someone's hand. I also wash my hands often with cold water often and blow on them a bit to keep them cool. If you're in an interview setting and they offer you water TAKE IT. Nobody's ever said anything about it and I've gotten offers after interviews where I had to wipe my forehead after each round. Just don't act weird about it and you'll be fine.

As for the pen thing, taking it from a cup and holding it between two fingers like a cigarette helps. Just gotta make some tiny lifestyle changes to minimize the sweat spreading in your life haha.

there is a prescription antiperspirant that you apply at night and wash off in the morning that would solve this. I don’t know the name but it’s a roll on solution that is not available over the counter. failing that Botox injected in your hands will kill the problem in a stroke. look it up. celebs have it done on their underarms.

I have the same issue. Before interviews, I always kept my right habd in my pocket and left hand out. Right before shaking the hand, I'd wipe the right hand down inside my pocket and it would feel fine when I went to shake hands. Keeping in the pocket keeps it warm too.
