Terminal value/EV over 90%
I'm trying to do a DCF over a 5 year period and I've tweaked things such as growth %, WACC and multiple used. When I use the perpetuity growth method of 2%, I get an implied exit multiple that is way lower than its current one and its peers. I've aligned growth and WACC with estimates from other sources. The industry is e-commerce. Any suggestions as to where things may have gone wrong?
