As I was out for lunch, I was curious as to what research there about the "best" fast-food chains in America. That's when I stumbled upon this article. The article states that;
Using proprietary data collected by Restaurant Business and its sister research firm Technomic from 2016, we looked at nearly 100 of the largest US chains and rated them on three criteria we considered the most telling for all-around fast-food excellence: financial performance, customer satisfaction, and overall value. Our calculations accounted for sales growth, average sales at each location, consumer-sentiment ratings, and the average cost of a meal, among other metrics.
Top 5 as listed by the article:
1. In-N-Out Burger
2. Raising Canes Chicken Fingers
5. Krispy Kreme
I was happy to see that Tim Hortons (Famous Canadian fast-food) was ranked in the top. Besides Tim Hortons, I saw few places that I recognized/been to.
What do you believe should/should not have been on the list, and did your favorite fast-food place make the list?
