Thicc Bois & Bschool
Curious for all you kids who've done bschool already, how many of you were able to make it through without gaining weight or even lost weight despite the heavy drinking. Anything y'all (or maybe your classmates who were successful in doing so) found particularly helpful for keeping your fupa in check?
In bschool right now, just get a good sleep schedule and do cardio at least two times a week. I recommend "Spark." Great book on how to use exercise to make yourself more productive.
Go with light beer over IPAs :)
