Tie or no Tie on Zoom?
Given that all interviews are via Zoom, is it still recommended to wear a tie as well? I was planning on wearing a suit, but was unsure if wearing a tie makes sense being that I'm sitting at my own home.

Do the first interview suit and tie then adapt based on what the interviewers are wearing from there. Obviously no less casual than a shirt and coat maybe even no coat
I would treat it the same as an in-person interview.
