Hi the realgekko,

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your recruiting success. Do you mind me asking which office and group you received offers from? They are all great banks and I think that you really can't go wrong with any of them, so make sure to factor in fit, culture, etc.

However, if I had to rank, I would go:

  1. RBC CM (Under the assumption that it's in one of their big offices like Toronto, NYC, Calgary, etc.) - I have an older friend who worked at RBC Toronto and made an exit to Onex
  2. Sagent
  3. Financo

Best of luck!

I think that RBC would be your best bet man. I know that they have a solid presence in NYC and if definitely is considered as one of the top/respected banks in the world. I might be wrong, but they'll be able to provide world class training, networking opps for exits, and good learning experiences.
